My Finance Talent is built on 20 years of Accountancy and Financial recruitment experience in both London and Dublin.

We engaged MyFinance Talent on a global hiring project.  We wanted to identify high performing Futures Traders from the Indian and Asian markets to move to Europe.  James delivered on the research piece of the project as agreed and went on to identify some particularly skilled candidates that he brought through our vigorous process to hiring.   He also presented a business plan for rolling out an Internship program for our business. Our Recruitment solution is 90% + retained or exclusive which means we work to a near 100% fill rate on all projects engaged on.  This approach allows us to dedicate all required resources to each specific requirement.
